The club funds a coach development programme aimed at ensuring we have enough qualified coaches to meet the needs and expectations of our members.

In 2010 we will be able to call upon the services of 5 ECB level 2 coaches and 7 ECB level 1 qualified coaches including:

Adam Cook: Minor counties batsman and off spin bowler

Ali Mortaza: First class cricketer with Oxford university

Alastair Lee: club captain

Sam Jones currently playing cricket in New Zealand,

Alex Kidd : Cumnor CC young player of the year 2009 and Brian Johnstone cricket scholar.

Jack Metcalfe : ECB emerging player programme and Northants 2nd xi

Helen Lake : ECB2
