The club funds a coach development programme aimed at ensuring we have enough qualified coaches to meet the needs and expectations of our members.

In 2011 we will be able to call upon the services of five ECB level 2 coaches and seven ECB level 1 qualified coaches including:

Adam Cook: Minor counties batsman and off spin bowler

Mark farmer [New Zealand level 2 coach]

Alastair Lee: club captain and level 2 coach

Sam Jones level 2 coach having  played cricket in New Zealand,

Alex Kidd : Cumnor CC young player of the year 2009 and Brian Johnstone cricket scholar.

Jack Metcalfe : Level 2 coach, ECB emerging player programme and Northants 2nd xi

Helen Lake : ECB2
